2. Which personal data do we process?
When you visit our website, contact us, request a demonstration or subscribe to our newsletter, we may process, among other things:
• your first and last name;
• your company name, VAT number and other professional details;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number;
• the day and time you choose for a demonstration, and what you enter in the form yourself;
• information about your request or interest;
• technical data needed to run the website securely, such as your IP address in our hosting provider's server logs.
We do not knowingly ask for sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Why do we process these data?

• answer questions and contact requests;
• organise and confirm demonstrations, introductions and appointments;

• other IT service providers necessary for our business.
Images on this website are loaded from an external image platform; your IP address is technically passed on to display the image.
Where personal data are processed outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long do we keep data?
We keep personal data no longer than necessary:
• demonstration or information requests: up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a customer relationship arises;
• customer data: for the duration of the customer relationship, and afterwards as long as required by law (accounting records: 10 years);
• newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent;
• server logs: for the short period applied by our hosting provider for security.

Under the GDPR, and insofar as the legal conditions are met, you have the right to:

• have inaccurate data corrected;
